Sharp Global Partners, Ltd. is selected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to conduct C-TPAT Third Party Validations in China.
(New York, NY) Sharp Global Partners, Ltd. (SGP), a U.S. based security consultancy specializing in supply chain security and C-TPAT compliance announced today their selection by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to conduct security validation inspections in China.
"We have successfully demonstrated to CBP that our comprehensive facility audit methodology, risk assessment expertise and security training programs throughout the China/Asia region are robust," stated Donna Sharp, President, Sharp Global Partners. More than 300 U.S. Importers who were previously certified but unable to become fully validated for C-TPAT benefits are now eligible to participate in this one year pilot program.
Sharp Global in cooperation with I-On Asia and a specialized team of supply chain inspectors will work throughout China to provide high quality security audits to clients. In the U.S. more than 7,000 companies are now members in the C-TPAT program and other customs administrations around the world are realizing the benefit of similar security initiatives.
